HOTEL LUNA AZUL BACALAR, will notify the HOLDER within a maximum of 20 (twenty) calendar days, counted from the receipt of the request for the exercise of any ARCO right, of the determination adopted, so that, if appropriate, it will become effective within the following 15 (fifteen) calendar days. These periods may be extended for an equal period when, at the discretion of HOTEL LUNA AZUL BACALAR, the circumstances of the case warrant it.

The right of access applies when the OWNER wishes to know which of their personal data is in the possession of HOTEL LUNA AZUL BACALAR, the information regarding the conditions and generalities of the processing.

A request for access will be complied with, making available to the OWNER or his/her representative, after proving his/her identity, the documents containing the required personal data, either by means of photostatic copies, a CD containing said information, a USB device or any other means determined by HOTEL LUNA AZUL BACALAR. The delivery of the data will be free of charge as long as the request for access is not repeated in a period of less than 12 months. The OWNER will only cover the costs of reproduction in copies or other formats and shipping.
